Hot water
The core of the business. Hot water systems covers the four fuel types and which suits which property. Installation covers changeovers, relocations and sizing. Repairs covers elements, thermostats, thermocouples, valves and anodes. Emergency replacement is for the day a cylinder splits.

Drains and waste
Blocked drains — electric eel, high-pressure jetting and CCTV survey. In established Perth suburbs the recurring cause is tree roots in jointed clay sewer laterals, and the useful question is not how to clear it but why it keeps happening.
Stormwater and soakwells sit here too. Sandy soil means Perth drains stormwater into soakwells rather than piping it to the street, and silted soakwells back up in the first heavy winter rain.
Water supply
Burst and leaking pipes — copper pin-holing, poly fitting failures, slab leaks and service line breaks. Leak detection — finding it with a meter test and acoustic equipment before anything gets opened up. Taps and toilets — washers, seats, mixer cartridges, cisterns and suites.
Mains pressure work belongs here as well. Pressure that is too high shortens the life of every seal in the house and is a frequent cause of a hot water relief valve that weeps constantly.
Gas
Gas fitting — bayonets, cooktops, appliance connections, new supply runs, capping redundant points, and the gas side of a hot water changeover. Gas leak repairs — pressure testing and repair, after the escape has been made safe.
Gas fitting in Western Australia is a separate authorisation from plumbing. That is why a fuel changeover is two trades' work rather than one.
Compliance
Backflow prevention — containment devices and the annual testing that commercial and hazard-rated properties are required to keep current.
General
General plumbing — maintenance, renovations, roof plumbing, fixture relocations and the accumulated list that finally gets booked in one morning.
What we do not do
Electrical work, including the circuit for a hot water unit or a heat pump — that is an electrician. Waterproofing membranes and tiling. Structural work. Water Corporation's side of the connection, which is theirs to repair.
We also do not run a guaranteed twenty-four-hour service. The office is open Monday to Saturday and genuine emergencies outside those hours are triaged, not promised.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a call-out fee?
For quoted work such as a hot water changeover, a gas point or a fixture replacement, a quote based on a phone conversation or a short visit is free. Diagnostic work is charged, because finding a hidden leak or running a camera down a drain takes time and equipment. You are told which applies before anyone is booked, not after.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes, though the mix is mostly residential. Commercial work tends to mean backflow device testing, tenancy fit-outs, hot water plant, and reactive maintenance for property managers. Strata work is common too. Tell us what the property is when you call, because access and after-hours arrangements are usually the deciding factor on scheduling.
What is the fastest way to get a quote?
Phone, with the details in front of you. For hot water that means the brand, model and rough age from the data plate. For a drain, where it backs up and how often. For gas, what appliance and whether the property is on mains gas or bottles. Five minutes of specifics is worth more than a long form.
